Yes, the parade route is accessible for wheelchair users. The Parade takes place along Southend's iconic seafront, which is flat and easily accessible. There is a viewing platform on the raised area by the fountains for wheelchair users on Marine Parade. From the High Street/City Centre, access is via Pier Hill. There are lifts to and from the seafront, which are located at the bottom of the High Street.

No, but there are plenty of seafront businesses where you can buy burgers, fish and chips, hot doughnuts, ice cream, and more.

You must register to be in the parade. You can find more information and apply at Join the Parade | Southend Halloween Parade.If you just want to watch, no need to register, just turn up on the day!

You can find parking information at Getting Here | Southend Halloween Parade. The car parks fill up quickly, we recommend using public transport if you can.

Dogs are not allowed to be in the parade. We do not advise bringing dogs to watch as it can be crowded and noisy, plus there is a fireworks display at 7:30 PM.
